This image is from the trails at Grapevine Lake during the winter. Long long ago, when I was a kid, some friends and I attempted to build a bridge over this small dip in the hills using logs and wood lying around. I reversed the colors in the yellow-blue channel and doing so brought this scene to life in a magical way. This scene seems like it came from straight from a dream or memory. I particularly like the subtle colors in the browns and grays. I also am always drawn to the lighter patched of grass that seem to invoke a path out to beyond the trees.
